We recommend that you add BrewGas at the coldest and latest point in the process - the brite tank.
Adding to the brite tank enables precise flavor control in the final beer, eliminating the risk of aromatic compound loss from additional processing. This method also prevents flavor alterations caused by yeast activity and biotransformation.

Storage: We strongly recommend leaving BrewGas Series profiles unopened and in a refrigerator at 41°F until ready for use. When stored in the original sealed container under recommended storage conditions, the shelf life can be 1 year. It is recommended to use the full contents in one use. Do not ever freeze the bottle. After they’re opened, you’ll still want to keep them in a dark refrigerator at between 41-50°F to preserve the wonderful sensitive aroma of the terpenes. Flavors are dynamic and can also undergo shifts in flavor, color, and/or pH as the products age. Product storage conditions will exacerbate or delay these shifts. Therefore, Abstrax strongly recommends keeping flavors under their recommended storage conditions to maximize a product's fitness for use. The phrase ‘fitness for use’ indicates acceptable flavoring characteristics, as opposed to food safety concerns that would render a product unusable. For absolute best results, use within 3 months of receiving.
Handling: BrewGas requires no special handling. You do not need to warm BrewGas for it to be flowable. Pour directly into the brite tank when ready. Consistent with good hygiene and lab practices, maintain good ventilation, wear safety glasses or goggles, gloves, and an apron when handling.

BrewGas Profiles are Natural Flavors that have been emulsified in Abstrax’s proprietary emulsion system. Abstrax labels identify the following ingredients: "Water, Natural Flavors, Sunflower Lecithin, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid".
However, pursuant to 21CFR101.100(a)(3)(i), food and beverage products that use the BrewGas Series may only need to label the "Natural Flavors" since the other ingredients could be considered incidental additives that are present in the final product at insignificant levels and do not have any technical or functional effect in the food. These other ingredients are present in the food by reason of having been incorporated into the food as an ingredient of BrewGas, in which the ingredients did have a functional or technical effect.
USA labeling recommendations are pursuant to 21 CFR 101.22. Label declaration requirements vary significantly in different countries. These label declarations should not be used or adopted without confirming that the declaration is appropriate and legal for the subject country and intended application.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the conditions and possible uses of the product conform to current laws and regulations.
This product can only be shipped to a business address. Residential shipping is not available due to shipping regulations. We recommend that our customers thoroughly review the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for this product and take all recommended precautions for safe handling, storage, and disposal due to its flammable nature.
