It allows us to identify over 500 different compounds that contribute to a hop’s unique flavor and aroma profile. We then replicate this profile using the same compounds, but sourced from sustainable botanicals other than hops. This method ensures a consistent and scalable recreation of the original hop’s flavor and aroma - without any of the cost or flavor fluctuations.
